I'm in Seattle too. These recipes look terrific -- I look forward to trying a few, thanks! Randomly: can you recommend a good Malaysian restaurant in Seattle? Was just reading about the food in a nytimes travel article from Sunday, and would like to get started. I've had Malaysian before, but maybe not the best versions. Ciao!
My fav Malaysian place in town is Malay Satay Hut - apparently visiting Malays are also surprised to find an authentic place in Seattle
